Healthy Strawberry Milk

Remember the strawberry milk we used to drink as kids? Sometimes it came ready to go, or sometimes we just added that thick, sugary, not so natural syrup straight into our milk.

Well, I was recently craving the Strawberry Dairy Milk I used to get as a treat when I was a kid, but of course wanted a vegan version! There's a store bought strawberry brand by Natur-a that's quite good, but I wanted to try my own and make it into a healthy nut milk! Perfect timing for Valentine's Day too!

This Milk uses fresh strawberries & beets to give it a soft pink colour, but don't worry if you don't like beets because you can't really taste them at all!

You can easily adjust the thickness as well by adding more or less water. You can also add more maple syrup to adjust the sweetness to your liking (it’s mildly sweet as is written).

This Healthy Strawberry Milk is great on it's own as a drink or you can add it into your smoothies too! Enjoy this sweet, pink, and naturally sweetened and coloured drink! It will bring you right back to your childhood.
