Healthy Strawberry Milk

I was recently craving the Strawberry Dairy Milk I use to get as a treat when I was a kid, but of course wanted a vegan version! There's a store bought strawberry brand by Natur-a actually that's quite good, but I wanted to try my own and make it into a healthy nut milk! Perfect timing for Valentines day too!

This Milk uses fresh strawberries & beets to give it a soft pink colour, but don't worry if you don't like beets because you can't really taste them at all !

You can adjust the thickness as well by adding more or less water. You can also add more maple syrup to adjust the sweetness to your liking as I left the base to be a mild sweetness !

It's great on it's own as a drink or you can add it into your smoothies too! Enjoy!
