Oat Breakfast & Snack Bars


These Oat Bars have been a favorite of mine since I worked at a Cafe in Smiths Falls over ten years ago. I veganized the original recipe and adjusted it to have some healthier and heartier ingredients.

What's great about them is that you can adjust the ingredients to your liking, for example switching out the seeds to nuts, or using Sunbutter instead pf peanut Butter so they are school lunch friendly!


They are delicious with your morning cup of coffee or tea, but also the perfect mid day snack! Bake them on Sunday and enjoy them all week!
